Registration fees for 22 ITC SSEEGN

Any payment at higher rate done before the 1st October will be reimbursed (to lower rate) during the conference.

  1. Full Standard Registration Fees:
    1. on or before 1 October 2013 (Newer deadline)
      • non-IEEE member: 720 USD
      • IEEE member: 640 USD
    2. after 1 October 2013 (Newer deadline)
      • non-IEEE participant: 800 USD
      • IEEE member: 720 USD
  2. Full Student Registration Fees:
    1. on or before 1 October 2013 (Newer deadline)
      • student (non-member of the IEEE): 560 USD
      • student member of the IEEE: 480 USD
    2. after 1 October 2013 (Newer deadline)
      • student (non-member of the IEEE): 640 USD
      • student member of the IEEE: 560 USD
  3. Authors of the papers accepted for 22 ITC SSEEGN:
    • Publication of each paper (regardless whether the paper is authored by a student or non-student) has to be secured by at least one full standard conference registration fee paid by its authors, but a presenter with up to two papers accepted needs to pay one such registration fee only.
    • Papers in their final versions should be six pages long. A paper with UP TO TWO extra pages can be submitted with an additional charge of USD 160 per each extra page. Papers exceeding 8 pages will NOT be accepted at EDAS.
    • The IEEE reserves the right to exclude paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Please see the No-Show Policy for details.
  4. One full registration fee covers the costs of the conference dinner, as well as it allows to participate in all events related with the Australasian Telecommunication Networks and Applications Conference (ATNAC 2013), held in conjunction with 22 ITC SSEEGN.
  5. One Day Registration Fees:
    1. on or before 1 October 2013 (Newer deadline):
      • non-IEEE member: 288 USD
      • IEEE member: 256 USD
      • student (non-member of the IEEE): 224 USD
      • student member of the IEEE: 192 USD
    2. after 1 October 2013 (Newer deadline):
      • non-IEEE participant: 320 USD
      • IEEE member: 288 USD
      • student (non-member of the IEEE): 256 USD
      • student member of the IEEE: 224 USD
      A single One Day Registration Fee allows to participate also in all events related with the Australasian Telecommunication Networks and Applications Conference (ATNAC 2013), held in conjunction with 22 ITC SSEEGN. However, it does NOT cover special events such as the conference dinner. Tickets for the dinner can be bought separately.
  6. Additional tickets for the conference dinner can be bought for USD 64 per person.
  7. Conference participants who wish to pay the registration fee by wire transfer (or Internet banking for New Zealand residents) should email Harsha Sirisena for further information.
  8. Cancellation Policy:
    • All refund requests must be received in writing by the Chair of Local Organizing Committee: Prof. Harsha Sirisena.
    • Refunds requested before 23 September 2013 will be refunded 90% of the fees paid.
    • Refunds requested between 23 September 2013 and 20 October 2013 will be refunded 50% of the fees paid.
    • Refunds requested after 20 October 2013 will not be approved.
    • The TPC reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g. removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
